Furthermore; its services include negotiating and preparing individual or collective employment contracts, collaborating actively in the design and implementation of remuneration, benefits and working conditions policies. In addition, it assists in the prevention and resolution of union conflicts, strikes and collective lockouts before the administrative and judicial labor offices, having as primary goal the use of its legal knowledge and experience to assist companies and managers in anticipating and preventing employee relations problems through education, training and counseling.
